Resellers must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any products. Products returned without an RMA number will be refused by our receiving department. An RMA number may be obtained by calling your ICS Account Manager with the following information:
- Company name
- Purchase order number
- ICS invoice number
- Item number / SKU /Model number
- Serial number(s) - required
- Quantity
- Reason for return
If authorization is given by your Account Manager, an RMA number will be issued and the Reseller will receive a fax containing further instructions.
All return packages should be double-boxed and clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside of the package, for example:

RETURN CRITERIA (other than DOA) – NEW PRODUCTS
To ensure the return is processed in a timely manner, please use the following guidelines:
- To avoid additional fees and receive full credit on a purchase, product must be:
| a. In the original, unopened box (i.e. original manufacturer’s packaging that has not been opened nor re-taped) and in “new” or “re-sellable” condition (i.e., no writing or labels on product boxes) - double boxing is suggested.
| | b. Requests for RMA #’s must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice

- Other purchases are returnable within 60 days from date of invoice and the following fees will apply:

- All returned items must be complete, including all accessories, cables, manuals, and software.
- All returns must have an RMA number on the return shipping label.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured, unless otherwise authorized.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issuance – any return received after this time period will be considered expired and refused at the door.
- Special Order products and/or Custom Configured products are NOT returnable.
Once received, returned product will be credited at the original purchase price, less any/all fees.
Defective/DOA Returns – New Product |
Subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact manufacturer for RMA and/or replacement product. Should you need assistance in obtaining an RMA/replacement from the manufacturer, please contact your ICS salesperson. |

Defective/DOA Policy – Refurbished Product* |
ICS will replace or refund defective/DOA refurbished product returned within 90 days of invoice date. Contact your ICS Account Manager to obtain an RMA#. |

| *Please Note: Refurbished DOA equipment will be tested by ICS and if found to be in working order, a $25.00 no-trouble-found fee will be assessed. |
