today announced a strategic alliance designed to equip Interlink VARs to
deliver Charles Industries' solutions to their Enterprise customer base.

Charles
Industries' acquisition of Oasys Telecom, electrical and optical multiplexers
that boast smallest footprint/highest density, lowest
power consumption and integrated T1/E1 test capability, Interlink will immediately
begin to offer the
Charles Industries multiplexers and
intelligent channel banks on the Interlink Line Card.
Under the terms of the new agreement, Interlink VARs can begin to source
