There are two levels of participation

1. Level 1

You provide and manage direct account control activities including contracts and quote collateral from our services arm.

You act as an agent of our services arm to manage and close the service opportunity

Our services arm has prime service position, executes the contract and is responsible for billing and accounts receivables.

You get a percentage of each year's adjusted contract revenue for Annual contract maintenance opportunities: 8x5xNBD/8x5x4/Return-to-Factory, Network Monitoring, and – for Transaction-based services, you'll also receive a percentage of transaction revenue: 8x5xNBD/8x5x4/Return-to-Factory, Network Monitoring.

2. Level 2

You provide ‘qualified’ leads to our services arm and do not actually participate in the selling/closing of the opportunity.

Our services arm has prime service position, executes the contract and is responsible for billing and accounts receivables.

You get a percentage of each year’s adjusted contract revenue for Annual contract maintenance opportunities: 8x5xNBD/8x5x4/Return-to- Factory, Network Monitoring, and – for Transaction-based services, you’ll also receive a percentage of transaction revenue: T&M/Break-Fix, Installation, Project Management, Professional Services, Staging.
